THE APPLE VINEGAR BY DR GUILERMO HORACIO PANETTIERI
- 31.03.2002

Well it is known that the used organic acids in excess, ACIDO ACETICO, in this case, is combined with calcium at intestinal level, forming "CALCIUM ACETATE" partially inhibiting the absorption of calcium.

This would be more important in the doves in growth or position being able to produce a decalcification when not having available administered calcium.

Dr.Guillermo Panettieri
